Welcome to our community, PrashP,
Thank you for reaching out to us. A new fridge would be a welcome addition to any home. They can help increase storage space, as well as helping to lower your energy bill. I’m glad to hear that you were able to have the unit successfully installed, and I wish that we could’ve met under better circumstances.
While Best Buy does offer a food spoilage claim from, it is a benefit of our Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plans, and is conditional upon the completion of a “qualified” repair. For more on this, click the link here.

To get started, can you please send me a private message with your full name, email address, and phone number? You can send me a private message by logging into the forum and clicking on the blue button across from my signature on this post.
