I had kitchen appliances delivered and installed on 5/28/2021, and I have yet to be contacted with a claim number for the massive amount of damage the delivery people did. Every time I call Best Buy support, they transfer me to a different number and it goes to a dead number. Every time.
This is frustrating as I even asked if they were putting anything down on the floor and they simply said no, and then said no english.
How do I get in contact with someone who will know something about my claim that was supposed to be submitted??
