Filing a complaint for horrible service

I am beyond angry right now. I bought a whirlpool oven in 2018 and paid for the geek squad extended warranty. This oven is shutting off every 4 minutes!! And when it shuts down and restarts the GAS KEEPS RUNNING!! The oven is not usable. The mother board was replaced months ago and the repair person was told the oven was not fixed when he installed it. The oven shut off and restarted again while he was standing there. He didn't care and said it's just because it's not connected to the wireless. Um, no that's how I know the oven isn't working. When it does work, it connects to my wireless and works through the app. Thanksgiving and the oven shuts off every 2-3 minutes. The longest it stayed on continuously was 4 min 12 sec. I call and a repair appointment was scheduled for 12/31. This jerk shows up and does absolutely nothing! It shuts off right in front of him and he just shrugs. I tell him about the gas line adn he gives me this demeaning look and says condescendingly "how do you know the gas is on?" Because I can hear it!!! He fixes NOTHING, claims he has to call tech support and they're closed, reschedules the appointment and leaves. He doesn't show up for the next appointment. My husband took time off work (as we are NOT working from home) and sat there for nothing. I call best buy and I get this representative that obviously isn't listening because I go into this whole story and she says "I don't see a policy for your refrigerator". MY OVEN!! I JUST TOLD YOU MY OVEN!!!! I say don't schedule with that same appliance company- that's exactly what she does. My husband calls today (because someone was supposed to be there today) and it's with Lake Appliance AGAIN!! AND they marked the job as complete and closed the ticket.  EXCEPT MY OVEN DOESN'T WORK!!! Then we get a bill from Lake Appliance stating our warranty doesn't cover labor- what labor? He didn't do anything! Except stand in my own kitchen, lie to my face, and treat me like an idiot. My husband spentsall day on hold, being hung up on and disconnected by best buy. Oh a manager is going to call you. Call back oh it can take 24-48 hours. Get a message I booked another appointment with Lake Appliance. Call back again, get disconnected 4 more times. In the mean time I have an oven that doesn't work and leaves gas running with a toddler in the house. 

I am appalled at this miserable excuse for customer service from Best Buy. I will never purchase another appliance from you or an extended warranty. I don't know what to do at this point There is no excuse for customer service like this. What is your corporate number? I want this addressed and there is no excusing this service.
