Where do you go to file a complaint against the csr a the 1800 number when they put you on hold, transfer you to another dept, or hang up on you?
I don't appreciate the tech Christopher's tone when he called to tell me he was on his way, they used to have better timing instead of saying someone will be there between 7 am and 7 pm well that doesn't help that gives you 12 hours of doing nothing. They used to set it up between 8 and noon or 1 to 5.
