While it is unfortunate that your refrigerator wasn't able to be repaired and needed to be replaced, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, and as nckhammond has mentioned, at our discretion we have the option of (b.) reimbursing you for replacement with a store credit or gift card equal to the Covered Product’s current market value, as determined by us, not to exceed the original purchase price of your Covered Product including taxes.
