As a desperate measure I'm reaching out here since I can NOT get anyone to help on the phone. I am currently on hold - my call is at 32 minutes as I'm beginning this message.
I purchased a dishwasher, installation and warranty in June 2019. Best Buy failed to install the dishwasher properly, which ultimately resulted in the dishwasher breaking and caused MAJOR flooding to my house - my kitchen, pantry, living room and bedroom all sustained damage.
I called Best Buy Geek Squad and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out on 3/24/21 and guess what? NO SHOW. I spent the entire day at home waiting for them with no communication stating they were not coming.
I called back and scheduled ANOTHER appointment for today. Guess what? The technician they dispatched actually called me this morning, but he's in Chattanooga TN and I live in Florida - same address where the dishwasher was installed.
I have called Geek Sqaud ALL morning with no help. I have been transferred, put on hold, disconnected and still haven't heard from anyone. Oh, still on hold here - 37 minutes and counting.
Let's see where I get a quicker response. NEVER BUY A WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY!

Welcome to our community, scoopover,
Thank you for reaching out to us. A dishwasher would be welcome in any home, and I can understand your desire to ensure that it can provide years of uninterrupted service. As a new parent, I also know how important it can be to adhere to a strict availability schedule. Rescheduling is never ideal, and I could see how having a service order with multiple address could lead to a miscommunication. With that being said, I would be happy to take a deeper look into the situation and go over our options.
