Trying to have my 4 month old tv fixed. They gave up and told me I could exchange it and gave me a confirmation code to bring it in.i asked the cs if I could exchange it for the same one if they had it. He thought yes but I would have to pay the higher price it was now since they would only give me the dollar amount that I paid for it. That doesn't seem like a fair deal so if anyone knows the correct answer and save me time before I even bother to do it. I don't think it's wise for me to pay 200 more for something that broke in 4 months

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that your TV was having issues so quickly after purchasing. I can imagine that has been a frustrating experience, though I'm glad to hear that you've been approved to do an exchange. 

 

It would be completely up to you if you'd like to repurchase the same product, or find a comparable model. Our options may vary depending on if this exchange is under Geek Squad Protection (GSP) or your manufacturer's warranty.
