Exchange/replacement line wait time

I had someone come out and look at my broken TV and give me a case number and tell me to call the exchange line. I've attempted to call the exchange/replacement line several times and each time I have to give up and hang up because of the ridiculous wait time. Actually, I'm not even convinced they're going to pick up the phone at all. Currently I've been on hold for 58 minutes and counting, but in the past I've given up after 45 minutes due to having to go back to work. In fact, the only reason I'm able to sit here on hold for forever is due to being home from work sick. It feels like a scam to get people to give up and not be able to get their replacement. I'm so frustrated. A big corporation like best buy should be able to keep their customer service call centers properly staffed!

They finally picked up and the guy on the phone was super nice and helpful.
