Welcome back to the forums. I'm sorry to hear that your keyboard isn't working right. As someone who spends most of his day typing, I know how important a good keyboard is.
Did you buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan on that keyboard? if so, we should be able to fulfill that plan and swap the keyboard out in one of our stores. if you didn't, you'll want to get in touch with Razer directly at (855) 872-5233. We don't offer any repairs on keyboards through Geek Squad.

While you should be able to swap the keyboard for a working one under your Geek Squad Protection Plan, proceeding to exchange the working one for a different keyboard would go against our Return and Exchange Policy assuming it's outside its exchange period.
I encourage you to call the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy to discuss exactly what your options are.
