Estimate still ready

I have a laptop in for repair currently and for the third time I’m being told my estimate is ready and I need to make contact with Geek Squad in order to verify it, so I call the store and tell the agent my situation and that I’m just calling to once again ok it. He said that I had already ok’d the estimate and that he would just resubmit it. I thought “cool” it must be ready to come back, go to check it again and it still says that I have an estimate to ok. So I guess my question is, did the tracking just not update (it has been a few hours) or is there a disconnect going on somewhere that I should be concerned with trying to fix so I can keep the process moving?

Welcome to our community forum and thank you for taking the time to let us know about your laptop. As a student I know any minute without my computer is a bit stressful.
