Wow! Im stunned at the plethra of issues with BB. This is a TRUE sign this company has no training with cs staff. It almost sounds like they are repeating everything you say to have a computer pull up the script for them to read from. Everytime they say same thing over and over and over again.
My issue: I want to escalate an issue for an upcoming service ticket to repair my dishwasher. I literally had to call BB 9 times to confirm a service ticket was being initiated. By the last call Im just so frustrated I'm praying someone, someone PLEASE have a brain and can make executive decision to add a part number to the ticket to ensure ONE TRIP is made by A&E.
I had an authorized Whirlpool tech provide the part number to BestBuy (BB) on the phone while I was present on 3 different agents. I would bet $10K A&E shows up on Wed 10/19 WITHOUT
