I purchased a pair of Bose soundsport free headphones. This happened less than 15 days ago. However, I recently had them stolen they are under warranty. I would like to know what can be done with this issue, as I’m completely upset and frustrated, I loved my product. I hope to hear from someone with trusted suggestions and to come to a possible solution!

Welcome to the forums I wished you join on better circumstances if you have a protection plan on your Bose product lost or stolen is not covered. You can see about getting a refund on your protection plan however by visiting any Best Buy and they will prorate your protection plan. If by chance you have renters insurance I would check to see if this is something that is covered.

I can't think of anything worse than having your personal belongings stolen, and I know the frustration of dealing with the aftermath can feel insurmountable at times. I regret your having to cope with such unfortunate circumstances.


Regrettably, poprex is correct that Geek Squad Protection plans and manufacturer warranties do not cover lost or stolen devices. In this instance, I would recommend filing a police report with your local authorities for the most appropriate assistance. If you need a copy of your receipt, or if I can be of assistance in any other way, please feel free to let me know.
