Do Not ever BUY THEIR SUPPORT in any way

This company does not stand behind their service, nor do they offer service of any kind. You are better off putting your money in a bank account and paying the smart kid next door in snickerdoodles, than you are purchasing anything. I payed $400 for accidental protection for 3 years on an $1,800 laptop. Yes I was a sucker and over paid by double, over 20% for a stupid accidental protection policy. Well I needed to use it, first time ever. I took it in with a busted screen. They sent it in and after 4 weeks it still had a "Waiting to assign to Agent" on it. Yup I paid 400 to loose hundereds of dollars on business I lost not having my laptop. Then after talking day after day, their local support and their 800 number could tell me nothign. Local would say you have to call, phone would you say you have to talk to local. The total dishonest run around. Then finally I got the card of a manager. They then decided to give me instore credit, not for the 1800+400 i spent for my laptop, but $1,400. So I picked out a new laptop shelled out another 400 in cash and low and behold they did not have the laptop instock. Person assures me, it will be to you in a few days. That was over a week ago, and now they tell me another week. This is a brand new ship to my home computer. I then call to cancel ther order which is delayed. I am told I cannot cancel the order. They have to send me the laptop and I have to send it back in order to get my ordere canceled. So they will be stealing my money yet again while it is somehow delayed in shipping. Better yet, days after it was supposed to arrive, it kept saying arriving today. Until finally after they tried to really ship it, they gave me a tracking number which said it was going to be delayed until next week. Not only do they not stand up to their horrible service they have business scruples. It does not matter who I talk to, they do not care about anything. BTW I can purchase from HP directly accidental support, for half the cost of this rubish from BestBuy. I can say, since I actually used HP for my wifes comp, they are 100% different. Great to work with, fast service. Do not pay this horrible BestBuy company a dime in anyway. Just about every other tech company cares more about you as a person or customer, than does this place. - Michael {removed per forum guidelines}
