I recently was visited 4 times by Geek squad to get my dishwasher repaired under GSPP. It took 4 times because the tech wasn't sure what was wrong and tried several things. Now I received an email that "the costs of your recent repair have reached your plan's maximum benefit". There is nowhere in the GSPP that states this unless they replace your applicance with a new one which they did not. My GSPP is supposed to be expiring on 8/19/21 so I am extremely frustrated that they are now saying that my warranty is expired. I have tried calling support several times, and each time i get a message that there is no one to take my call and it hangs up on me. During one of the visits the tech had scheduled, he didn't have the parts so the service was delayed. This went on for about a month until the last visit, he said he thinks it was power not getting to some cables so he cleaned the cables off and it seems to be working good now. The fact that he replaced a bunch of different expensive parts when it was apparently just cables needing cleaned - if that is why they are now voiding my warranty, that is not a very good way to do business. Again, the warranty document says it will only be fulfilled if they replace the product with a new product or issue a voucher of gift card for its current market value - neither of which occurred.
