Got my new washer home on 4/6/2021. First load of laundry the agitator comes loose and is laying on top of the clothes. I called the store to have someone come out and fix it from Best Buys. I was told either I can bring it back and trade it for another one ( I'm 60 years old, picking up washers I don't want to do every day) or I would have to get another service company to come out and fix it. Best Buys would not come look at a brand new washer with only 1 wash on it. As far as I am concerned, I will never buy another thing from your store. If you can not fix what I buy from you, then I will take my business else were. Best Buy Customer NO Service is what y'all are. It is not like it is lite and not bulky. Moving it once was enough. And I will say I did go off on the person who answered the phone.
