My son dropped his loptop and broke the screen. I believe that I bought it at bestbuy but cant be sure. Is there a way to tell? Do you fix or preplce screens? I recently purchased the total tech support service. Will that be helpful?
Thanks,
Mike

Hey there, Mike!
First of all, thank you for taking time to reach out about this and welcome to our online Forums! I'm sorry to hear about your son's laptop! I've dropped one of mine before and it's certainly the gut punch. I'd be happy to answer your questions here and see what can be done. I can definitely check to see if it was purchased through us. We can repair laptop screens, so long as it's not too old. The reason I say that is - if we have a 10 year old laptop, those parts are going to be incredibly hard to find and will be very expensive. So, in a case like that, we wouldn't be able to do anything.
As far as your Total Tech Support, that will cover the diagnostic and shipping and can discount the repair itself (if we were to do it)! This is helpful because, aside from the discounts, we can send the unit out and see if it's repairable, and then give you the quote for the pricing. From there, you can decide if it's something you'd like to pursue. This is, of course, dependent on the age of the laptop.
To get started here, please reach out to me directly via Private Message and verify your full name, phone number and email address. From there, I'll check if the laptop was purchased through us. Then, we'll go from there! You can find the button to the right of my name down below. I look forward to hearing back from you!
Best,
