I was taked into a subscription for geeksquad by the salesman at best buy when I purchased the tv. They showed up with the television and set it up in August, all good. Next step was to make an appointment to have the tv calibrated which I did for Oct 7th between 1 - 5 pm. No one showed up or called after we stayed home all day waiting and put our dog in daycare $50 for nothing, worst part was no one called and when I called Geeksquad they could see the appointment but could not explain why it was not fulfilled. Okay so as upset as I was gave them a second chance and rescheduled for today Nov 4th between 9am - 2pm, I call at 11:30 am to confirm when they will arrive and one again I am told that they see the appointment but no details showing and no one will be coming once again. I am soooo upset I can't even explain, how does a company like this exist ! All I am told by bestbuy today is they can reschedule again, are you kidding me !!!! I am going to the better business bureau to file a formal complaint, I am going to head office and I am going to advise everyone I know NOT to ever sign up for geek squad ( I know a lot of people ) and not to get sucked into a membership by bestbuy. I will also ensure that all forms of social media are populated with this negativity.

Thank you for taking the time to register to our Forums to let us know about your experience with the Geek Squad. I am sorry to hear that they did not show up at two different appointments you made.I can absolutely understand how frustrating it is to take a whole day off only to not get your TV calibrated. I would certainly like to get some further information from you so I can help look into this.
