DO NOT BUY PROTECTION/WARRANTY PLAN

I have called Geek Squad 4 times now to have someone service my television. It’s about to be a month now and nothing. Each time that I call I am told the service provider is not available and they will reach out but no one answers. Then an order is made and I am given an appointment date and nothing. Then I am transferred to special forces and they take forever to pick up. I have been on hold for over an hour now as I type this. Tell your sales associates at the store level to stop asking people to purchase warranty if you can’t complete services that people paid for.
