DECEPTIVE PRACTICES

I purchased a new stove in December 2019.  Less than two years later, the control board has to be replaced for $275!!!!!  When purchased I was told that my Total Tech Support would cover any repairs!!!  Absolute lie.  And now nobody wants to acknowledge that there was a screw up regarding explanation of coverage.  I need some answers and not the ones telling me what the service plan is opposed to the coverage plan!
