I have not heard back from the repair manager for your area yet, and because of this I have emailed out again on this. I would not be able to call anyone to force a repair appointment for this coming Saturday onto the technician that works in your area. I will post back once I hear back from this manager.

I did hear back from this manager and your repair should now be scheduled for tomorrow 10/27/2018. I will check on this on Monday 10/29/2018.

I looked at your repair today, and it looks like it was not successful on Saturday 10/27/2018. I show new parts were ordered and you are now scheduled to have those parts installed this coming Thursday 11/1/2018. I will check on this repair on Friday 11/2/2018.

The technician arrived Saturday morning, but without the parts necessary to perform the job. The mainboard that was missing over a month ago is still missing and another attempt is being made to ship it to the store. I’m at a loss for why the technician would show up without the parts as that is why the appointment was rescheduled last time. Yet again I will need to arrange my schedule to be home for another appointment. The technician said he’d come back Wednesday morning at 8am. I am taking off work to accommodate this appointment so if the parts are not in and he cannot make me his first appointment, I would like to be informed ahead of time so I don’t stay home from work for no reason. In my appointment manager it is saying my appointment is on Thursday, November 1st from noon-4pm. Can you confirm this is going to be updated to Wednesday at 8am with the same technician that came to my house this weekend?

Thanks for the update on this. When I saw the work order wasn't completed on 10/27/2018 I kind of new things hadn't gone as expected. I do show the technician ordered a new main board on 10/27/2018, but I'm not seeing that it will be delivered in time to install it this coming Wednesday 10/31/2018.
I do show we are currently scheduled to install this main board this coming Thursday 11/1/2018. I am not comfortable asking for a new service date given the fact that we do not have the needed part in stock yet, nor do I show it has shipped yet. I will check on this part shipment each day and once I can see when we will expect to have the part I will reach out to you to see what date and time works best to have this part installed. At this point we will leave your appointment set for this coming Thursday 11/1/2018.

I looked at your work order and show this is now scheduled to be repaired tomorrow Wednesday 10/31/2018 between 8am and Noon. I also show the part is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I will check on this repair on Thursday 11/1/2018.

If the part is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, then it will not be delivered in time to install tomorrow at 8am. Should the appointment be rescheduled to Thursday morning at 8am? I did not call and ask for the appointment to be rescheduled, so I was assuming the part was in and that's why someone rescheduled.

I hear what you are saying here. I have emailed the repair manager asking them if we will have this part in on time for your appointment tomorrow. Once I hear back from them I will post back here.
