My wife and I bought a treadmill back in Janurary and have not been able to use it since. We had it replaced in Februrary, and repaired in both June and again in July. I contacted customer service to get a refund after the manufactureer failed to repair it twice after replacement. Best Buy has refused to connect me with a customer service supervisor on many occasions or promised call backs which never happened. Best Buy has sold me a product that I have yet to even use and yet they refuse to give me good customer service or entertain a refund after multiple attempts to fix the treadmill. My wife has health issues which is why we purchases the treadmill and not having this issue resolved is creating even more of a problem.
