Customer Service Issue due to failed promise

I have been having issues with my laptop, and in culmination of many things, I received a defective laptop at the end of my warranty period. Now that my warranty is over, I I stuck with a defective laptop because Geek Squad views it as my issue since the warranty is over, even though they gave me the defective product.

To add to this, I was on BestBuy.com with the Geek Squad chat, and the member their promised me a refund on my laptop (I have screenshots of the conversation as proof). Even with this proof, no Best Buy employee with uphold what their employee said, and is telling me I have no options.

I am very disappointed with this experience, and fully expect a Best Buy manager to help with this issue.
