Hi, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S9 at Best buy in California, but unfortunately I got a touchscreen dead zone. It's looks like a known issue. To provide a repair I need the purchase receipt, but I lost it. Can you help me with a purchase receipt copy? What information I need provide to get a purchase receipt copy?
I'm from Brazil, so I can not go to the store to ask for this receipt.
