Continuous Samsung Refrigerator issues

We have a Samsung French door refrigerator which is now broken for the 3rd time. The main computer has been replaced twice due to freezing up and the unit not cooling properly. Now it is not cooling again and making terrible noises. Geek squad outsourced the repair to a 3rd party who came out and couldn’t figure out the issue fully. He ordered some parts, but would not move the refrigerator (stayed that is the customers responsibility). Now after close to a week to get an appointment we have to wait 10 days for parts to come in (which I’m not even sure will fix the issue) and then re-schedule an appointment. How is being without a refrigerator for 3 weeks acceptable? The no lemon policy states after two “non cooling events” the third would lemon the machine, yet customer service states that the others were just ice machine repairs. Those others were main control board replacements along with repairing the faulty designed ice machine from Samsung. Do not buy a geek squad warranty and do not buy a Samsung appliance - they are both garbage.

Having any major appliance stop working is inconvenient, especially something as important as a refrigerator. I know if I were in your shoes I would want to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
