i drop my computer at best buy to repair my computer and some agent in best buty he said my computer will usd 2 week to complete but now my computer is not complete yet.
from 23 june now is 11 july

it said "We're assessing your repair. We may need to replace your device."
I have to accept them to fix my computer?
