The TV that I purchased 2/2018, completely stopped working on Thanksgiving day in front of all our guest. After contacting customer service, my experience went from bad to worst. I would really like to speak with a person about my concerns, but i was transferred so many times that I just hung up.

What brand is the tv. Did you purchase the geek squad protection? If not you would need to contact the manufacturer of the TV as it probably has a 1 year warranty.
