Even though after talking to the supervisor they said we are issuing you a E-GiftCard, I have not received any gift card. They told me check spam etc and I didn't find any email from BestBuy.
Now I have to call everyday to check when will I get he GiftCard. Now they have escalated this issue that gift card is missing.
First they escalated to come to a resolution. Now that the issue is resolved, they have escalated to find where is hte gift card.
Request you please look into it. I am without a phone since 3 weeks now. I can't borrow my friend's phone forever.
