Complaint for Geek Squad service- -Worst customer Service

Hi All,

 
I lost my Galaxy S8 Black 64 gb phone on 23rd July. I am calling Geek Squad since that day everyday to file a claim, I just get a reply that contract is missing for your phone and we have reached out to the concerned department but they are not replying. This issue has been escalated several times. I visited the local best buy store couple of times and they told everything looks good in their system and they are able to view all my timely payments.
 
I am paying $10.99 every month so that I am assured that in any event (phone damage or lost) geek squad will provide me a replacement device. Its 10+ Business days and total 2 weeks since I lost the phone but there is no update from geek squad. I am just being told we didn't hear anything from that department.
 
No one is directing me to that department or to their supervisor. Can someone please help me, I am without a phone for almost 2 weeks.

Hi,

 

Even though after talking to the supervisor they said we are issuing you a E-GiftCard, I have not received any gift card. They told me check spam etc and I didn't find any email from BestBuy.

 

Now I have to call everyday to check when will I get he GiftCard. Now they have escalated this issue that gift card is missing.

 

First they escalated to come to a resolution. Now that the issue is resolved, they have escalated to find where is hte gift card.

 

Request you please look into it. I am without a phone since 3 weeks now. I can't borrow my friend's phone forever.
