Good morning. I have just (2021.02.20, 11:00 a.m. in Ecuador, approximately) been object of a rude treament from a BestBuy agent whose name is Bilal.
On february 10 I contacted with the BestBuy online chat to inform them of an issue with a laptop I recently bought in the USA. A smart and nice agent said me that the problem was hardware, and that the laptop had to be delivered to the store to fix the problem in warranty.
I live in Ecuador, and it happens that a friend of mine is travelling to the USA and can make me the favour to bring the laptop to the Bee Cave store where it was bought, so today I contacted the Geek Squad in Bestbuy to inform them that the laptop is on its way..This Bilal that was assigned to me from the chat, treatead me in a very unfriendly and unprofessional manner, and when at the end I asked him to send me a copy of the chat to my email and allow me to judge his attention, he closed the chat, without satisfying either requests. I mean, the window that opens once the chat is closed from the agent, showed the message offering you this possibiity, but the only option available was "close", after what the window was closed and ... goodbye.

I'm disheartened to hear that your joining were under these circumstances, as this certainly is a far cry from the world-class service we aim to provide. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. I'd like the opportunity to look further into these circumstances, and document your feedback within our system as well.
