Complaint about TotalTech

I'm not sure how to file a formal comaint, but I have an interesting scenario that I think should be considered as a TotalTech member.

I purchased a Rooma J7+ back in January this year. It stopped charging, working, etc.

My complaint is that I had to pay my $80 deductible even though this device is covered under a manufacturing warranty.

My advice to Best Buy is that they should honor the manufacture warranty. I should be receiving this fix free of charge, but I am not. Please take this into consideration for TotalTech members and for others in this situation. I basically wasted $80 for a repair that should be free and covered by warranty.

The manufacturer warranty is always used before a special coverage plan is used. At least Best Buy encourages it first before you use their warranty.

Well, that didn't happen in my case. I even suggested this and was basically told the warranty doesn't cover everything (which I think is b.s.). Guess my geek squad guy wasn't well enough informed or trained then
