I have been a best buy customer for many years and this is the first time I've ran into a problem that they weren't able to fix immediately. I recently purchased a washing machine from best buy however when I start the cycle it fills with water then an error code hits. I have geek squad protection so I make an appointment for repair. The broken washer doesn't bother me because things happen, but what happened today really disappointed me with best buy. I waited 2 weeks for my appointment for repair and even took the day off of work. Three hours into my appt. time window I get a email saying my appointment has been rescheduled for another 2 weeks away!!! No calls, no reasons. nothing. So I have bought a washer but I have to wait almost a month before anyone will even look at it. All I want is a reason why I was rescheduled and a sooner appointment
