Complaint - Remote Starter Warranty Nightmare

I had a Compustar remote starter installed by Best Buy last year.  It was working really well until I went to use it in early January and neither remote could connect to the car.  I contacted Best Buy to schedule a warranty repair.  I was able to get an appointment on the books but the closest Best Buy was not taking appointments at this time forcing me to drive 20 minutes to get it serviced.  My appointment has now been canceled 3 times and rescheduling has been a nightmare. 

 

The first time it was canceled, the gentleman I spoke to suggested that it might be a pairing issue and that if I drove out there that day he could take a look at it and try to repair.  I was skeptical since neither remote was working but drove the 20 minutes out there nonetheless.  After taking a quick look at it, he told me it was not a pairing issue and that I'd need to get a new appointment on the books for them to look at it.  The appointment has now been canceled 2 more times on the day of the appointments.  Rescheduling has been a nightmare and I've spent multiple hours on the phone and chat trying to get an appointment scheduled.  I was trying to get the remote starter fixed before the weather turned extremely cold but that didn't happen due to the multiple cancelations.

 

How can I go about getting ahold of someone from Best Buy Customer Support to help remedy this situation?

I'm disheartened to hear that your joining were under these circumstances, as it is never within our intentions for there to be any issues or complications with upcoming appointments.
