I really appreciate your patience while we reply to our customers as soon as we can, and I’ll be happy to answer your question regarding your Geek Squad Protection plan (GSP).
To review your GSPs yourself, you’ll want to start by logging into your BestBuy.com account. After logging in, you’ll want to look for the down arrow next to the “Hi, _______” tab. After clicking on that arrow, you should see a dropdown that contains your recent purchases on the left, and your protection plans on the right. If you’ve purchased a GSP with your HP Pavilion, this should appear in that screen.
Otherwise, I’m more than willing to look into your purchase history for you, to see if we can locate a GSP for your HP Pavilion. For me to do so, I’ll ask you send me a private message with the following information:
