Hi,
I've called the international warranty number what must be > 50 times. I've tried all variations of it, and just cannot get through to anyone. There is no email address, and live chat agents (and the local US phone agents) simply tell me to either mail reimbursements@bestbuy.com (who point me back to www.bbyintl.com), or to try someone else.
I've tried to email my situation (where nobody from www.bbyintl.com will pick up) to reimbursements@bestbuy.com. I've tried live-chat to ask how to raise a complaint formally, as i feel this is the only way i'm going to get the issue sorted. They just say the same thing, apparently the "official" way to raise a complaint is to email reimbursements@bestbuy.com (which doesn't seem right). The entire situation is absolutely ridiculous, and seems to be designed to screw people over who have bought from bestbuy and are not in the US.
Basically, i bought a laptop from a store in Texas. I purchased the extended plan/warranty. I've since moved out of Texas and the laptop has broken. I've sent it to the manufacturer for repair - as was advised - and paid out of pocket. Now, I can't contact anyone in order to get the claim approved on BBY's end. Ive mailed, called, live-chatted, and am now making this message. What am I meant to do here? You lot won't even tell me how I can raise a formal complaint....
This should be simple.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I genuinely appreciate it. I'll email that address right now. However, could you please tell me (and i guess people in the future) how i'm meant to find that email address? It seems intentionally hidden away... I mean https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22BBYINTLCLAIMS%40SNDIRECT.COM%22 gives 5 total results, 2 from 2015, 1 in spanish, and 2 buried in the documentation. Can you please raise it somehow that it gets put on bbyintl.com so that people don't have to go through the terrible experience that I have been through?
