Hi. I have a pair of headphones that recently have developed a issue. The sound is only coming out of one side and I don't know why. They are a roccat brand. Can I bring them to a Best Buy near me to have them repaired?

Headphones are one of the items we usually are unable to service at our store locations. Did you purchase a Geek Squad Protection Plan? No I did not get the Geek protection plan. I did not buy my headphones from a Best Buy, but I was hoping that a Best Buy near me could help. I have looked up the problem and I think that its a loose wire or something like that. Could a technician fix this kind of issue? I look forward to your reply.

Our agents at your local Best Buy wouldn’t be able to assist. As I had noted prior, our store locations are not set-up to assist with headphone related repairs. We highly recommend reaching out the manufacturer to get a list of authorized businesses that could help you with the repair. This would be the best option, just in case a manufacturer’s warranty is still in place.
