I bought an iPhone 7 from bestbuy.com refurbished on December 28. The phone has network issues: it almost never works and it drops calls and no one can ever hear me.
I contacted CCR. After lots and lots of phone calls they finally sent me a form to fill out. After I filled out the form, they told me the IMEA doesn't exist. I confirmed the IMEA with them and sent them a picture of the receipt from BestBuy with the IMEA. They insist that the IMEA doesn't exist and that they don't cover it.
There is nothing further I can do with CCR at this point. From their position, they don't cover the phone. Therefore, BestBUy sold me a defective phone which they claim had a 3 month warranty but really had no warranty. I need BestBuy to take care of this ASAP.
Please tell me what information I need to provide to you.

I would double check the information on the actual device, it can be found in Settings > General > About. It is rare but not unheard of that the information on the outside of the box doesn't match what is on the actual device. Being a refurbished device, I would say the likelihood might even be slightly higher. If the IMEI is different, then I would call CCR back.
