Burn in on new phone

I just bought a Pixel 3a XL not even two months ago at Best buy and it already has a huge burn in on the entire top and middle of the screen. It has never been exposed to something like that for more than 3hrs.

Is this covered under Best buy's warranty, or what are some options for me?

Thank you for connecting with us on the Best Buy's forums.  My last phone had a burn in of the text keys so I can understand the frustration you may have with your phone.  When you purchased the phone, did you also get the Geek Squad Protection Plan?

No I didn't. That's why I'm worried. I can't even find a replacement screen anywhere online.

You may wish to contact the manufacturer's support line to determine if there's any options you can take advantage of to have the phone repaired.  I apologize for any inconvenience.
