Broken Samsung TV

I bought a tv during black friday Samsung 65" it was showing lines on the screen.. So I returned it they were out of stock so I was sent to Elk Grove a 40 mn drv..I pk up my new tv I put it up and ..4 days after tne 90 days the tv is completely out I contacted samsung after a week they sent a repai man stating they have to order parts and pretty much the screen is being replaced ...it was a young kid w no exprience asking questions to some one else on the phn... They set up a date for repair.. Never showed up never called . I called the office no answer now here I em no tv and no follow up date..but the Best Buy bill sure showed up ... I refuse to make a payment on a tv that is sitting in my hallway not working...

Thanks you for reaching out to us about your repair with the manufacturing company and also the credit card bill you've received.  I'm grateful to have the opportunity to reply to your post, here on the Best Buy forums, and I'm hoping to provide you with my recommendations. 

 

Since you're having Samsung repair this television for you, please continue to work with them so that they can take a closer look into this for you.  Best Buy would be unable to assist you with the repairs, or the technicians, that Samsung uses.  That said, please be sure to keep up with your payments on your credit card so that you do not face any delinquent fees or interest charges.  For more questions about your payments I'd recommend contacting the card holding company Citibank N.A., at (888) 574-1301.  

If you have any other questions please work with Samsung or Citibank N.A.  I'll be here if you have any other questions or concerns after you've spoken with them!

I em a loyal customer this is my 2nd tv I have bought tablets ..computer..nintendo system ...high end sound bar... I have a $6,500 cc w you guys this is unacceptable.. I should have bought it at costco it was the same price ... You have lost my business... There is no reason why your company should not stand behind the product they sell..i have reached out to samsung no resolution... Best Buy should swap it out this tv should have lasted yrs not 3 months... I have been w out a tv for 3 weeks... Im going to drop that tv off at the Best Buy and you can deal w the garbage you sell... Why not swap it out ? Only 3 months old.... Im going to make noise ..call Curtis... Ralley outside the store send everyone to costco if this is not resolved

Thanks for reaching back out to us regarding your TV that you are having trouble with. You mentioned that you purchased this TV around 90 days ago, and have already began working with Samsung towards a warranty repair of your TV. As my colleague JJ has previously mentioned, we would recommend continuing to working directly with Samsung, as we are not able to assist with the warranty repair that Samsung is offering to assist you. We wouldn't be able to offer to exchange your Samsung TV as your purchase is outside of our Return & Exchange Promise. If you are having trouble getting your repair completed, I would recommend reaching out to Samsung's Customer Service team directly for more assistance.
