I bought a 86 LG TV and had the Geek Squad deliver and install it 2 weeks ago. THey had a difficult time setting it up. It required software downloads and numerous reboots. They left and it seemed to be working. The next day and every day since, the TV does numerous power shutdowns and reboots. I called Best Buy to get a replacement TV and they set up a delivery to remove broken TV and replace it with a new one. So last Friday the new one was supposed to be delivered. I received a call from the technician that afternoon hours after the delivery time. He said his truck was not big enough to bring out the new TV and told me to call Best Buy to reschedule. So I called them and rescheduled the delivery which was supposed to happen last Tuesday. During my conversation to them they said that they would make sure that the delivery service would have a large enough vehicle to deliver the TV. Well the same thing happened. The delivery service said that they could not deliver it because their truck was not big enough and asked me to call Best Buy and reschedule delivery. So I called them again to reschedule delivery. Again, the aplologized and "guaranteed" that the next delivery would have a big enough truck to bring me a replacement TV. So now I am waiting until this Wednesday which is the soonest they could deliver it. Meanwhile, I spent thousands of dollars for a TV that has never worked! Best Buy should have prioritized my situation and rescheduled delivery ASAP...not make me wait another week. I am so frustrated that I am about to call them and have them remove the TV without a replacement and go to another stor to buy and deliver a new TV. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with a Store and a significant purchase!
