Black screen

I purchased a toshebia 50in amazon fire tv in November of 2018 and not it is not working when I turn it on and all I get it a black screen. I hear sound so I know the tv is on and working but I don’t get any picture.

The last person I talked to a couple of weeks about about this same problem told me to contact toshebia do you happen to have any contact information for them I could have? I can’t find anything online.
