After making an appointment at the Best Buy Apple authorized geek squad service center I sat there for an hour and 15 minutes while they tried to process my cracked iPad screenfor turn in and repair. After which they, the manager, told me that their store could not process cracked screens as a matter fact no Best Buy stores could I had to take it to the Apple service center. I told him Bestbuy sends it to the same place after processing the paperwork that the Apple center at the shopping mall does.
I thought that was incorrect they just didnt know what they were doing and called the 800 number and they agreed with my suspicions. I wasted an hour and 15 minutes of my time to be lied at by the manager after this fiasco. Just a heads up in case you run into the same issue at your store. I called Bestbuy complained and did receive a case number.

A favor ? Then why on my ipad, did it ask me what the issue was, then told me my options, one of them being Geek Squad at Best Buy which I made an appointment with ? Is the app on the ipad flawed sending me there when it knew what the issue was ? And why did it take 1 hour and 20 minutes for me after I was taken for the appointment for them to figure it out ? I was the first cracked screen cistomer ever to go there ?
