Best Buy will not supply a Customer Support email address to send my report of issues

I have tried desperately to find an email to send my 3 page detailed description of my Best Buy support issues.  No one will provide an email address.  Chat gives me a run-around.   National phone support is terrible, non-technical and have hung up or closed calls on me.   I've traveled (3 hours) to get in-store support 3 times.  Twice I was told the service was not ready, without getting a phone call in advance. 

I need a Customer Support email address to send very detailed description of several support issues so Best Buy can address these.  Many issues are regarding the national outsourced phone answering support.  However, many issues are simple lack of focus on what the customer needs. 

 

I am going to:

I am recommending that Apple review their choice of Best Buy as a reseller of their products.  

I will not renew my TotalTech service contract next year.

I will unsubscribe from your advertising emails.

I will not buy products from Best Buy. Despite your emails regarding my TotalTech customer bargains, last week I went to a local retailer and bought a flat screen TV.

 

Given the terrible customer service, real costs to me regarding time and gas expenses and absence of phone technical support, I am requesting a refund of the $199.90.

Customer Service Runaround - a "Privacy Manager"?

 

I entered a chat to get a Customer Service email address.  The agent would not give me one and tried to get me to find a link (which didn't exist) on the web page.  The chat was truely bizzare as she tried to send me away and close the issue. She gave me a "Privacy Manager" email, which I suspected was just another dead end to get rid of me.  So I sent a message to the "Privacy Manaager" and got a response:  "Call Customer Service". 

 

 

I know how corporate call centers need to meet performance guidelines and close out issues.  But when you don't answer customer questions it only uncuts your business.

 

Why does Best Buy treat customers so rudely?
