Best Buy refuses customer support to Over-worked Teacher on front lines of Covid.

This is the headline you're going to see all over the place until my broken dishwasher is repaired/replaced. Best Buy sold me a garbage Maytag dishwasher, where warrantee service is going to take 3 months before it can be completed. SHAME ON YOU for selling me such garbage and SHAME ON YOU for not supporting a loyal customer in the process. I will shop elsewhere from now on and will tell everyone I know, everywhere I can, my story, and for them to take their dollars elsewhere as well...

Best Buy didn't make it

Large appliance parts and the appliances themselves are backordered at least 2 months due to covid Industry wide Best buy doesn't have a magic wand to poof them out.

My wife is an RN working 18 hour shifts with Covid patients at a hospital. That doesn't cut us in line for repairs ether, nor should it.
