Using the information you’ve provided upon joining our Support Forums, it sounds like this MacBook Pro and Geek Squad plan (GSP) was purchased through Best Buy Canada. Please know that these support forums are designed to assist our customers who have made purchases through Best Buy’s brick and mortar stores here in the U.S., or through BestBuy.com. As such, we’ll be unable to review your MacBook Pro repair services further to provide you the assistance you’re looking for.
With that said, if you’re still in need of assistance, I recommend continuing to work with the Geek Squad in your area, be it at your local store, or by contacting them directly at 1-800-GEEKSQUAD. Alternatively, you may be able to explore other support options through Best Buy Canada’s support page on their site, which you’ll find here.

While I understand your previous contacts with Best Buy Canada’s support teams may not have yielded the results you were looking for, please know I’ll be unable to review any service orders placed with Best Buy Canada, nor will I be able to review your previous contacts with them.
