In March 2015, I purchased a Samsung refirgerator with the ice maker in the upper left corner of the refrigerator section
The unit worked great for the first 6 months. After that I started having issues with the ice maker keeping theice frozen. The ice turns slushy, then pours water out of the ice despenser creating a huge mess. The ice maker is also making a very loud buzzing noise at all times.
After 9 - yes 9 service repairs from A&E Service compay and a few other local providers through Warrantech, the unit is still not working. Each service call has been a waste of time over this last year. Each person has resealed the ice maker, replaced the entire ice maker, and each person said this is a known issue from Samsung. I have tried countless times to get Warrantech to replace the refirgerator, but the refuse and instead wants to send out more service repairs. Ive take approxiamtly 6 days off work for this issue. Im so frustrated and annoyed. I wish I had never purchased this item from Best Buy Ive spoken to the sales group inside of the store and was told "sorry" .
Any reccomendations on getting a resolution with this nightmare?

Although I wish your visit were under more fortunate circumstances, I do appreciate you visiting our Community Forums to share your feedback with us. Having to deal with a malfunctioning refrigerator can be frustrating enough, but to hear you’ve had multiple repair attempts, and still are without a functioning ice maker is especially disheartening. While I wish this was something we would be able to assist you with through our forums, because your Warrantech protection plan is through a 3rd party team, you’ll want to continue working with the Pacific Sales Customer Care team at 1-888-825-2678. I understand your previous calls haven’t resulted in the resolution you were hoping for, but I’m optimistic they’ll be able to fix your ice maker as soon as possible.
