Best Buy Ice Maker Incident - Formal Complaint

In November of 2018 we got a new Samsung Refrigerator for about six months. This refrigerator has had issues with the ice maker. The ice maker freezes over and will no longer produce ice. On April of 2019, I reached out to Best Buy for service. We had a technician come out from A & E Factory Service and the technician came out and did not have a mask or any form of protection to protect us. He ended up leaning across my countertop using it as his personal desk. I put a stop to that and called Best Buy's Warranty Company AIG as they are the provider of these pathetic warranties. That is the truth. So I requested another service provider MidAmerica Service. Keep in mind MidAmerica sent out two techs and the second tech came out and installed the update kit and then went to install the replacement updated motherboard and it turned out to be the wrong one. The AIG Case number is {Removed per forum guidelines} and I do not have the second one as that was closed out due to Bad Buy So they needed to order me another replacement board  on the AIG case number and well that took from June to January of 2021. So on Januray 5, 2021 I had a third tech scheduled to come out to install the update board and this where the tech was asked to please put his booties on before he comes in my house and he tells no he will not put the booties on as he will do it when gets his tools set down. He then walks into my house and sets his tools on my countertop and I ask proceed to say excuse me I asked you to please put his work booties on and the tech went irate on me threatening to hit me and threatening me with violence. This was all going on as he was storming through my house out the front door. He goes outside and then starts running his mouth again that he is going to punch me and hurt me and I was saying to him hit me then. He was threatening so I said go for it. He proceeded to stop getting in his work van and then gets up in my face and told me to hit him and then proceeded to pull out his phone to get me on camera so that is when I opened up my front door and went into my house.. He had three opportunities at least to get in his van and take off. Keep in mind I got him on video doing all this. This has all been documented with the service provider. They are the only ones who have gotten back to me and have apologized to me in any way shape or form. I was on the phone with AIG who was supposed to get back to me in 48 hours, which they have not so I had to call them and they just offered to get me another service provider and I told them I am done with service providers that I want a replacement / junk out as this is the last straw with there service providers. AIG is a worthless company and I feel sorry for other people who have gone through this, but I have had plenty of service providers out to my house for other items / appliance repairs and have never been treated like this. I have called Best Buy Geek Squad reference case number {Removed per froum guidelines} about this and keep getting the runaround excuses. I am done with Best Buy.. I will no longer shop at Bad Buy and I will no longer endorse them. I was a long time customer of there's, but no longer. I am sick to my stomach that this is how they want to treat their customers. This is a brief summary of the story as there is more, but I am trying to keep it short. Thank you.

What you described isn’t at all what we want to happen when someone gets service under a Geek Squad Protection Plan.
