Bestbuy installed new parts that i purchased becasue they told me mine were bad, the power supply they installed they installed it wrong and it freid my computer, i have spent about 1k putting new parts in and its still having the same issues , now it wont even turn on, i need to figure out what i can do. The manager is refusing the replace my computer or any of the parts they broke , he said he could give me a 300$ discount towards a new computer, i have a $2500 gaming computer, i would like compensation based on that, not $300

this occured about 2 months ago and has been a on going situation. I have spoken to support over the phone and managers at other stores, and they tell me because it occured in that store it needs to be handled in that store but they are unwilling to handle it.
