Bad experience in store, even worse experience on the phone

Over the past two days I have had the worst experience in my decade long relationship with best buy, and after spending 4 hours on the phone getting transfered to "the correct person" and straight up being hung up on I've lost all patience with this awful company. This is my last attempt to find anyone to listen and respon before I take things to the next step. IS there someone I can PM to hopefully get a semblance of decent customer service?
