I have had Total Tech since August of 2020. I sought to have a Bluetooth speaker repaired only to be told it wasn't covered (even though when I purchased the speaker I was told it was). Fast forward 7 months later I have a chromebook that gets damaged, I was told accidental damage was covered, but now I am told it isn't. Explain to me what am I paying for if nothing is covered? I am thoroughly disappointed with BB and the lack of customer satisfaction.
