I’m a former Geek Squad Agent myself, so I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to help you out. In order to do that, however, I’ll need a bit more information from you about your situation. If you have a service order number from checking in your computer, that would be very helpful. I’ll also need to confirm your phone number. Additionally, as we have several stores in that area if you could please narrow down which location you visited, I’d appreciate it. And of course, please describe the issue you are having.
